For Buddhists, death is only the beginning of another life that will be repeated until reaching Nirvana. “Reborn” starts from this thought and looks towards life after death and how we could all be born again in some way or another.

Description
In “Renacer” we can see how Mother Nature prostrates herself in front of what could have been flames and gives life to forty-one new lives, with forty-one leaves coming out of her, representing each of the girls of the Safe Home. We knew them through their death but we want to remember them for the life they had and we wish them a safe journey in their new life.
For this work, 41 pieces were printed, each named after one of the girls who died on March 7, 2017 at the Safe Home, represented by the color green on a leaf, changing place according to the girl represented.
