Community Mural – Torrefarrera, Spain As part of the Torrefarrera Street Art Festival, back in July 2019, I was also selected to paint a mural with the kids from the community in their preschool!!! I taught a graffiti workshop, drew the sketch and everybody helped finish it. I did the final outline the next day and saw a couple of kids come back with their friends and family to show them where they had painted…. Community murals are a great way to engage the people from the community in the arts, it also creates bonds, teaches team work and shows everybody how a community fees better when everybody works together towards the same goal.
